The account 360 dashboard is able to show a broad amount of engagement data that may take place between your company and your potential customers. This article will breakdown what data can be shown in the dashboard and what data can be shown within the dashboard.
What data can be shown in the account 360 dashboard?
The account 360 dashboard supports showing:
- D&B Intent
- Marketing Activity from a marketing automation system
- Opportunities from a CRM
- Sales Activity from a CRM
- Web visits from D&B Visitor Intelligence
What do I need to do to show D&B Intent on my account 360 dashboard?
To see intent data on the account 360 dashboard you must have worked with your onboarding specialist to provide a list of key phrases and gone through the intent model building process.
If you are unsure if you have D&B Intent models, you can check to see if you have these attributes available in your tenant.
What can I expect to see when I have taken the steps to create D&B Intent models?
On the overview tab you will see which all of the models for which the account is showing intent. You may have multiple models if you have built different models for your various products or solutions.
Within the engagement timeline, you will see when an account is surging for intent. If you have multiple intent models, you will see each intent model shown in the timeline.
What do I need to do to show marketing activity from my marketing automation system on the account 360 dashboard?
To see marketing activity data on the account 360 dashboard you must have:
- You must provide an integration user, with the following permissions from each platform. If you do not provide full access to all of the objects listed, we will not be able to show all of the insights.
- You must be importing your Lead and Marketing Activity data from Marketo, Pardot or Eloqua.
- You must have configured your marketing activity attributes
If you are unsure if you have marketing activity attributes configured in your tenant, you can check to see if you have these attributes available in your tenant.
What can I expect to see when I have taken the steps to bring marketing activity data from my marketing automation system?
On the overview tab you will see all of the engagements that have occurred at the account that fall within the marketing activity attributes you have configured.
Within the engagement timeline, you will be able to see the following information.
- The date the individual engaged with your marketing content
- The name of the campaign the engagement is associated with
- The type of content they engaged with (email, form, web page)
- The name of the content or the URL of the page visited
What do I need to do to show opportunity data from my CRM on the account 360 dashboard?
To see opportunity data on the account 360 dashboard you must have:
- You must provide an integration user, with the following permissions from each platform. If you do not provide full access to all of the objects listed, we will not be able to show all of the insights.
- You must be importing your opportunity data from a CRM
- You must have configured your opportunity attributes
If you are unsure if you have opportunity data configured in your tenant, you can check to see if you have these attributes available in your tenant.
What can I expect to see when I have taken the steps to bring in opportunity data from my CRM?
On the overview tab you will see all of the number of new opportunities that have been created at the account. You can use the timeline filter at the top right of the engagement journey graph to change the view.
Within the engagement timeline, you will see that a stage change occurred for an opportunity.
What do I need to do to show sales activity data from my CRM on the account 360 dashboard?
To see sales activity data on the account 360 dashboard you must have:
- Imported sales activity data from a CRM
- Configured your sales activity data to create engagement attributes
- Details on how to configure sales activity data are here.
If you are unsure if you have sales activity configured in your tenant, you can check to see if you have these attributes available in your tenant.
What can I expect to see when I have taken the steps to bring in sales activity from my CRM?
Within the engagement timeline, you will be able to see the following information.
- The type of sales engagement your seller had with the account
- Which seller engaged with the account
What do I need to do to show web visits from D&B Visitor Intelligence on my account 360 dashboard?
To see D&B Visitor Intelligence data on the account 360 dashboard you must have installed the visitor intelligence pixel on your website and configured attributes within your tenant. The details for how to set this up are here.
If you are unsure if you have done this set up, you can check to see if you have these attributes available in your tenant.
What can I expect to see when I have taken the bring in web visit data from D&B Visitor Intelligence?
On the overview tab you will see the number of times someone from the company has visited your website. The dashboard will display the counts using the web visit attributes that you chosen to see in the tenant.
Within the engagement timeline, you will be able to see the following information.
- The date a person from the company visited your page
- The page the person visited
- The attribute group associated with this page. You must have configured this as part of the initial set up.
Some additional data points can be be shown if you have configured UTM parameters.
- The name of the campaign.
- The channel you are running the ad on.
Most visits to websites occur because someone will click on an ad that takes them to the website. We are able to take this information and show it within the account 360 dashboard if you have configured UTM parameters on your ads.
