The Rev.Up Salesforce integration allows you to connect Rev.Up with your instance of Salesforce. There are two separate integrations that allow you to bring data into Rev.Up and send data from Rev.Up to Salesforce.
- Import Data from Salesforce: Data from Salesforce syncs to Rev.Up via the REST API. Rev.Up queries Salesforce for all accounts, contacts, leads, tasks, events, etc. with a last modified date after the Datetime of the last completed sync.
Customers using the New Automated Connector: You can configure your sync schedule on the settings page for the connection. The Salesforce sync replicates data from your Salesforce account.
- Activation (send data) to Salesforce: Data from Rev.Up syncs to Salesforce using the Salesforce Batch API via Bulk Data Load jobs. Rev.Up passes data to Salesforce in the form of accounts, contacts and leads. Records can be created for any of these objects and can be added to Salesforce campaigns.
