Journey Stages are surfaced throughout all views of the Account 360 Dashboard and are defined by the following criteria.
Journey Stage | Definition | Criteria |
Dark | The account does not have any engagement data from the last 30 days. | No event data has been loaded to the CDP for the account that occurred within the last 30 days. |
Aware | Account has shown intent in the last 28 days | Considers D&B intent data and not other types of intent data such as Bombora. |
Engaged | Account has at least 1 engagement in the last 14 days. |
At least 1 anonymous web visit by someone at the account. OR At least one engagement from a contact that is in your marketing automation system. Only Activity Types that contain Open Email, Email, Click Email will be counted toward this journey stage.

Known Engaged | Account has at least 1 website visit activity by someone at the account and a contact in MAP has an engagement. |
At least 1 anonymous web visit by someone at the account. AND At least one engagement from a contact that is in your marketing automation system. Only Activity Types that contain Open Email, Email, Click Email will be counted toward this journey stage. |
Contact Inquiry | A contact has taken a hand raiser action in the last 90 days. | A contact has an activity type that is defined as Fill out Form, FormSubmit, Form |
Opportunity | An open opportunity exists and was created in the last 90 days. | There is an opportunity at this account where the stage does not contain 'closed'. |
Closed | An opportunity has been closed on this Account in the last 90 days. | There is an opportunity at this account where the stage name contains 'closed'. |
Closed-Won |
An opportunity has been won on this Account in the last 90 days. | There is an opportunity at this account where the stage name contains 'closed' and 'won'. |
