This guide outlines the process for connecting & reconnecting Rev.Up ABX to Facebook for audience distribution.
- If you have have multiple Facebook Ads Accounts, separate connections should be created for each account.
- The user creating a connection to Facebook must have accepted Facebook's terms and conditions to create a customer list. This action must be completed in every Facebook account you connect to Rev.Up. You can find instructions on this process here.
- Connecting Rev.Up ABX to Facebook requires Facebook Ads Manager login credentials.
- Note - distributing to Facebook will take up to 48 hours, for Facebook's customer match process to complete. You can expect to see the shell of your audience in Facebook within 3-4 hours of launch, but it will not be usable until the match process completes.
Step 1: Create a Facebook Connection
Navigate to connections and select Facebook. Then, select the create button.
Step 2: Select "Add a new Account"
The platform shows all your available Facebook connections in the drop-down list. To add a new account, select the "Add a new account" option that you can find after you click on the drop down.
Note: Should there be several ad accounts, it may be required to scroll down to find the "Add a new account" option at the very bottom.
Step 3: Identify the Facebook Account
Choose a name for the Ad account. This name helps identify the Facebook account during the campaign launch process. Then, click 'create'.
Step 4: Login to the Facebook Account
In a popup, you will be asked to provide the credentials and select login. Once successfully logged in, accept the permissions. This will create a new connection in Rev.Up ABX for Ads.
Step 5: Select the Facebook Account name from the drop-down
