Once you've configured your Eloqua connector, you can now send your segments from Rev.Up to Eloqua to power nurture sequences, append data to your leads, and improve campaign performance.

If you already have a campaign created from a segment, you can now activate that campaign to Eloqua. Let's say our sales team has asked us to support their cross sell of Gizmos to high-fit customers with a nurture campaign.
Navigate to campaigns tab, and select the campaign you want to send to Eloqua:
We can see on this page that we've already sent these campaign targets to Salesforce, so let's also activate the contacts to Eloqua:
Once you are in the launch settings page, we have a number of choices for how to handle the way data is sent to Eloqua. There are three core sections to review: Filters Settings, Audience List and Schedule - only Audience List and Schedule must be configured to launch a campaign.
1. This allows you to restrict the total number of contacts sent from any campaign launch. Each launch will never go above the number specified here.
2. This allows you to limit the number of contacts per account. This is useful if you are concerned about total volume of emails being sent to any company.
3. This allows you to configure a drip campaign, where Rev.Up will automatically send a specific number of contacts the first launch to enter your nurture sequence. Every launch after that first launch will contain the next increment of contacts specified.
4. This allows you to filter out contacts that do not have an email address - ensuring only marketable contacts are sent to Eloqua.
5. If you have selected a model to help filter this campaign, you can deselect accounts based on their rating. Deselecting C would remove all contacts on C-rated accounts. You may not have applied a model to your campaign - this is optional.
6. You must choose an existing segment in Eloqua, or create a new segment.
7. If you have typed in a segment name, you must validate that segment does not already exist.
8. You must choose an existing list in Eloqua, or create a new list. Lists are only available for selection if you have selected an existing segment. Note: D&B creates a shared list within the selected segment.
9. If you have typed in a list name, you must validate that list does not already exist. You can add new lists to existing segments in addition to adding new lists to new segments.
10. Set your launch schedule. This can either match your campaign group, launch once, launch daily, launch weekly or launch monthly. All times for scheduling are in UTC.
11. This setting allows you to keep the list in Eloqua in sync with the segment in Rev.Up. We will only send the contacts most recently added to your segment, and remove contacts from the corresponding list in Eloqua. Note that if you do not have changes in contacts in the segment, scheduled launches will skip.
12. This reflects how many contacts you will launch (based on the filter criteria) out of the total contacts in the campaign.
13. Use this to save the above settings. If you have a schedule set, this will launch at the next instance of that schedule.
14. Use this option to immediately launch the campaign to Eloqua. All configured settings will be saved, and the campaign will launch again on your next scheduled date.
In our Gizmo nurture example, I have named the segment and list, and set the campaign to run without a schedule. I can now launch the campaign, or save the settings for future review:
