As part of Dun & Bradstreet’s ongoing investment to improve our clients’ experiences, we will be upgrading the login portal of our Customer Data Platform to a more secure sign-in process that can be leveraged across all D&B solutions.

Key Information
Users accessing the Dun & Bradstreet CDP will need to update their login credentials during the migration dates listed above. Users that do not update their credentials during the migration window will be required to submit a ticket with our support team to migrate to the new login portal. At the end of the migration, you will be able to use sso.dnb.com to access your digital products.
User Action Required
- If you are using multiple D&B products (e.g. D&B Hoovers, D&B Datavision, etc.), you can use your login credentials to access the D&B CDP. If you do not remember your password for those products, you will have the opportunity to update your password.
- If you are using only the D&B CDP, you will need to log in with your credentials and then update your password. The email and password you setup will be your credentials for all D&B products that you purchase and can be used immediately to log back into the CDP.
No User Action Required
- If you currently access the CDP with your company’s SSO, and do not use an email and password for each login, no further action is required.
