Sales Activity Data for Targeting & Segmentation
Have you ever wanted to build audiences by leveraging sales engagement data? Users can now build audiences based on the sales activity attributes that are imported from CRM. This means you can now segment your accounts and contacts on any sales activity, such as responded to an email, attended a demo, joined a virtual meeting, taken an outbound call, and more.
Leveraging Sales Activity Data for targeting & segmentation is available for early beta testing now for users that have the Salesforce connector. Learn more here and contact your Customer Success Manager to get early access.
Customized Attribute Groups for Account & Contact Previews
Users can now customize the attributes that are shown in the Accounts and Contacts preview screens. The drop-down in the top-right hand corner has been updated which now lets users specify which attributes they want displayed. The attributes can also be rearranged by dragging-and-dropping once they are selected.
The previewer is a helpful tool which lets you quickly spot check your data to see if it was matched, merged, and formatted correctly. This feature is available for all users now!
Campaign Data for Account 360 Dashboard
Tracking prospect engagement is necessary to determine if your tactics are performing, but at the end of the day you need to know which campaigns are driving purchasing activities. The Account 360 Dashboard now appends the campaign name alongside the activity history, so you can easily see which campaigns are generating interest with your prospects.

Minor Enhancements
The following have also been released this month.
- Customers can now specify to stop creating orphan contacts when contacts are imported into the CDP that do not have an associated account that is already being hosted in the platform
- Campaign failures now send notification emails to customer admins as well as the user that created the campaign.
- When clicking on a link in Outreach to open the Account 360 Dashboard in the CDP, you do not have to login to the platform.
Campaign Groups are Coming Soon!
When you’re activating multiple campaigns across many channels it can be difficult to keep track of where you are launching your audiences and get a sense of how your campaigns are performing. We will soon be introducing Campaign Groups, which will enable you to group related campaigns together, so that you can manage and report on them in aggregate.
