Outreach retains the [Outreach] tag on all activities posted to a CRM to assist admins in identifying which user/system is responsible for creating the activity. This tag is populated in the Subject line of activities in Salesforce.
If you are using this out of the box Outreach configuration, you can easily distinguish between Outreach and non-Outreach created activities by using custom metrics. You should use the subject field to filter for your activities that are from Outreach.
