Our October release is now live with features that include an Engagement Timeline for Campaign Reporting, email blasts that surface new accounts showing intent, and an import connector to Pardot that feeds marketing activity data into your models.
Engagement Timelines and Contact Aggregation with the Account 360 Dashboard
Marketing teams need to know how their target accounts are engaging with their campaigns, so they can track and report insights at every stage of the journey and fuel continuous improvement. The Account 360 Dashboard surfaces engagement data from every step of the buying journey including visits to your web pages, 3rd party intent, interactions with your email marketing campaigns, and opportunity data from your CRM. All of these insights are shown at the Account and Contact levels, letting you identify where conversions are occurring and where there are opportunities for improvement.
The Account 360 Dashboard lets you filter your engagement data by Contact, the web page that they visited, and the engagement type that occurred. This lets you see the engagement journey that your prospects are taking and also lets you quickly identify where bottlenecks are occurring in your campaigns.
The Account 360 Dashboard also aggregates your Contact data from all of your disparate sources (such as MAP and CRM) and displays them in a single view at the account level with helpful information, including: title, email, opt-in status, phone, and last active date.
Let your Customer Success Manager know if you’re interested in early access to the Account 360 Dashboard!
Automated Email Blasts for New Accounts Showing Intent
When new accounts show buying intent, your sellers need to know, so they can begin reaching out when it matters the most. Weekly email blasts can now be created that surface the net new companies that have shown buying intent from the past week, ensuring your selling teams have visibility into the latest data as soon as it becomes available.
Let your Customer Success Manager know if you're interested in beta testing email blasts for intent!
New & Improved Buyer Intent Audience in Market Places
Do you need to serve digital ads to the companies that are showing intent to purchase your solutions? Our off-the-shelf intent audience segments may be a great fit for you. These curated audiences consist of the underlying companies that we have identified as showing intent with relevant offsite content of the particular segment, letting you reach the accounts that are in the decision-making process now and reducing wasted programmatic budget.
Intent audience segments for programmatic targeting are readily available in all major DSPs today. Let us know if you have any questions!
