As your prospects make their way through the buying journey, it's helpful to know which accounts are in the various stages of the opportunity.
You can now import opportunity data at the account level into D&B Lattice directly form your Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Platform. This data is surfaced in D&B Lattice and can be used for audience segmentation and creation (e.g. exclude customers with an open opportunity from an ad campaign introducing the product).
A new tile has been added to D&B Lattice called "My Opportunities", which surfaces your opportunity data.
Getting Started
Prerequisite: Requires Identity Resolution, which matches and removes duplicate data from your systems to create a single source of truth.
1. Create a system to represent your CRM
If your opportunity data is stored in a CRM such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or SAP, you will need to set up a new system to represent this platform.
Create and set up a new system by going to My Data -> Import Data -> Create System.
After the system is set up, configure the account template.
Once the setup is complete, the Opportunity template will appear in your CRM system.
2. Send opportunity data from from your CRM to D&B Lattice
There are two ways to send data
Option 1 Use SFDC connector to get data from Salesforce: Lattice supports a Salesforce import connector that can directly import opportunity data. This is currently not self-service, please contact your customer success manager, who can assist with this setup. Before contacting your customer success manager, please ensure that all accounts in Salesforce are loaded in D&B Lattice and have been assigned a unique account ID.
Option 2 - You send data to Lattice: Alternatively, you can also send data from your CRM directly to Lattice as a CSV file.

LastModifiedDate – a datetime field that has date and time of when the opportunity was updated
ID – the opportunity ID that uniquely identifies the opportunity
StageName – a string value that has the Opportunity Stage of the opportunity
AccountID – the unique identifier of the account that this opportunity is associated with
To help you automate this process, we recommend send this CSV regularly through AWS S3 folder created for accepting opportunity data. The data import page shows the S3 folder location. If you use this method, you must send data to Lattice following this format.
3. Configure D&B Lattice to specify which opportunity stages you would like to track
You can choose up to 10 unique opportunity stages that can be used for segmentation and audience creation.
Go to My Data -> Import Page -> Opportunity Template -> Configure
Next, upload a CSV with up to 10 different opportunity stages. Each stage is a regular expression that can be used to aggregate across one or many opportunity stages.
