Welcome to the new format of D&B Product updates! We are excited to announce that going forward D&B Lattice product release notes will be replaced with this newsletter and will cover product updates from the broader portfolio, including D&B Lattice, covering both the D&B Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Platform & Customer Data Platform (CDP).
The May release just went live today, May 11th, and we have introduced several exciting new features across the board – new activation channels, access to new data, and usability improvements. Also, at the bottom, we have listed new features introduced in the last few releases in case you missed the previous announcements.
As a reminder, all features that are Generally Available (GA) are automatically enabled for you and you can take advantage of them right away. All features in Beta (Open Beta or Closed Beta) are not automatically available but can be turned on if you are interested in testing. Review the qualification criteria and reach out to us if you are interested in test driving it. We love to hear your feedback!
Announcing General Availability of LinkedIn connector
You may recall that we released our LinkedIn connector in beta a few months ago. In case you missed the announcement, you can read it here. We are excited to announce that the connector has passed the required quality control and adoption criteria and is now generally available.
Announcing New Outreach Connector
Tired of manually loading your prospects in to your engagement platform every time your account list changes? We built a connector to Outreach that lets you push contact lists from D&B Lattice to Outreach, allowing your SDRs to take action sooner, saving you time and avoiding redundancies. This feature is in closed beta. Interested in testing? Here’s the required criteria:
- You have all target accounts and contacts associated with those accounts imported in D&B Lattice
- You are able to map each account in Lattice with the corresponding Outreach Account ID and Account Owner Email in Outreach
- You have credentials to authenticate to Outreach and D&B Lattice
Seamlessly Import your Website Visits in D&B Lattice
Ever wish you knew which accounts from your target universe were visiting your website anonymously and which products they are interested in? Ever wish you could leverage those insights in your paid media campaigns? D&B Lattice integration with D&B Visitor Intelligence solution just made that possible.
All you need to do is deploy the D&B tag on your website and D&B Lattice will shows you the accounts engaged on specific product pages in the last one, two, four, and twelve weeks. You can now use these insights to create targeted audiences and take action. You can learn more about this feature here.

Sticky Filters and Compact List Views
Spending too much time trying to locate a specific Segment, Campaign, or Model? We’re pleased to release sticky filter panels and table formats that let you define your view of your Segments, Campaigns, and Models by Creator, Editor, Creation Date, and # of Accounts or Contacts, Best of all, your settings are still there when you come back tomorrow!
Multi-Select for Queries
Sick of wasting your time manually selecting values for your segmentation queries? Users can now copy hundreds of values at a time from an outside source and paste them straight in to the query builder, letting you manage your campaigns on the fly and saving you time in the process.
Connector Usability Improvements for Always-On Campaigns
Connecting to the world’s largest social networks require diligence to optimize campaign ROI. This feature allows users to have “always-on” campaigns by automatically adding and removing accounts and contacts as they shift between meeting your segmentation criteria.
