Lattice support Facebook Ads. With the Facebook Ads connector, Sales Managers can launch the Lattice campaigns to Facebook Ads which will automatically sync the Lattice segment (contacts) into Campaigns in the Facebook Ads Manager.

Steps to launch Facebook Ads campaign
Step 1: Launch the Facebook Ads campaign from the Lattice campaigns page
In the Lattice Campaign dashboard page select the Facebook connection and click Launch.
Step 2: Configure the launch settings
Use the fields in the launch settings to add the contacts from a segment to a Facebook Custom Audience. The Facebook Custom Audience can be used in a Facebook Campaign to narrow the targeting to only the users in the segment.
Ever-green / Always-on campaigns
Audience segments in Lattice are dynamic - accounts and contacts are being added and removed based on the segment criteria. Tracking and applying these changes to the Facebook audience can be done ad-hoc (Launch Once) or recurring (Weekly or Monthly).

Known Limitations
- The actual Facebook Custom audience size could be much smaller than the # of contacts in the segment in Lattice. This is based on a few factors
- Lower quality of contact data - Facebook custom audience is created based on the following contact Information in Lattice - First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone No, City, State, Country, Zipcode. Lower quality of this data can result in lower match rate and hence lower audience size
- Facebook user's profession contact information is limited - The contact data captured in most marketing activities with-in a business tends to be professional in nature (Company Email Address, Phone No etc.), but Facebook on the other hand captures user's personal information more accurately. This could also lead to lower match rate and hence lower audience size.
