Closed Beta
- Earliest stage of maturity
- The feature is likely under development and many limitations may exist
- Typically available to existing customers on an invite-only basis
- Customers agree to share feedback with Product teams on a regular cadence
Open Beta
- Late stage of maturity
- The feature development has been completed and has received limited quality certification
- Typically available to both prospects and customers
- Customers agrees to share feedback with Product teams on a regular cadence
General Availability (GA)
- Final stage of maturity
