This guide will walk you through the process of creating an Outreach connection. Setting up a connection enables syncing contacts in a Lattice Segment, as prospect in a sequence in Outreach.
Step 1: Select Outreach connection and click on Create button.
Step 2: Add a new outreach account
In the Outreach Authentication pop-up, click on Add a new account. Enter a Authentication name and click on Add.
Step 3: Provide the Outreach sign-in credentials and authenticate.
Step 4: Setup mapping between Lattice and Outreach
Define the field mapping to map a Contact in Lattice to a Prospect in Outreach. By default the three fields Contact Email, First Name and Last Name are already mapped. Similarly map other fields as needed.
These mapping are used by the Outreach Connector when a prospect is updated or created in Outreach. Map the minimum fields required for creating the prospecting in your organization.
Note: Email is a required field.
Step 5: Configure Outreach Account ID and SDR Owner
Edit the connection to configure the Outreach connector.
The outreach connector need the fields on the Account that contain the Outreach Account ID and SDR Owner.
Note: Outreach Account ID and SDR Owner has to be setup as "Other ID" fields when setting up the Account template.
