Omni-Channel Campaign Launch – easily send audiences from the same Segment to multiple channels

Always-On Campaign Launch across all channels – automatically push new/updated Accounts and Contacts through your Campaigns on a weekly or monthly basis

New in this release for Account Activation:

• Campaign launch to file system (S3 connector) now sends targets enriched with up to 1k attributes

Scalability & Operational Improvements in this release:

• Exporting segments is now dramatically faster
• 100,000 accounts with 1,000 attributes now takes only 10 mins
• 10,000,000 accounts with 25,000,000 contacts and 1,000 attributes now takes less than five hours to export
• New platform load-balancing capabilities dramatically reduce data processing and modeling jobs failures
• Rescoring step in the data processing jobs now only triggers if the data has changed (If the data has not changed, the scoring is skipped resulting in dramatic improvements in data processing time)
• Updates to Product Bundles is made failsafe by

• Letting customers download in-use Product Bundles so they can make changes before uploading new bundles
• Validating updates to Product Bundles file before kicking of data processing jobs to provide quick feedback in case the file has data errors
