Context
If you have forgotten or lost your AWS S3 access token, you can download a new one from the UI at any time. Additionally, you can generate a new AWS S3 token.
Generating a new Access Token (Admin Users Only)
Users with Admin privileges can generate a new access token. Select the "New Token" option on the AWS S3 tile on the connections page.
Once the token is generated, admin users can select the "New Token" option again. Doing so the system will prompt that there is already an existing access token and a generating a new token will invalidate the existing token and create a new one.
Once confirmed, a new token is generated. The previous token is no longer valid.
Getting Existing Token (All Users)
Once a token is generated, the system remembers this token and allows any user to retrieve this token. Selecting the "Get Existing Token" provides access to the existing token
The information here is required to access any data on the designated secure folder on AWS S3. See this video on using this information to connect to AWS S3.
