Summary
Transferring data to Lattice Professional Services is simple and secure. Lattice uses encrypted file storage provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS), which makes it easy to send any amount of data, at any time, from any connected device.
Gather Credentials
- Visit app.lattice-engines.com and log in to Lattice with your Email and Password.
- Navigate to Connections via the menu on the left side of the screen.
- If credentials have not yet been generated, click the New Token button. If credentials have already been generated, click the Get Existing Token button.
- Note: The first time the New Token button is clicked, a dialog with sample credentials will be generated. Click Confirm to proceed.
- Credentials will be displayed. Click Download.
- Open and save the credentials.
Set Up Amazon S3 Client
- Download and open an Amazon S3 client, such as S3 Browser.
- If the Add New Account dialog appears, go to the next step. If not, click the Accounts menu and then Add new account.
- In the dialog, enter an Account Name. Then input the credentials for the Access Key ID and Secret Access Key. Click Add new account.
- Click the Buckets menu and then Add External Bucket.
- Input the bucket name and click Add External bucket.
- Note: Your bucket name is latticeengines-prod-customers/dropfolder/[Drop Folder]/Templates. For example, if the Drop Folder generated by your credentials in the final step of the Gather Credentials section of this guide is 123, your bucket name is latticeengines-prod-customers/dropfolder/123/Templates.

Transfer File(s)
- Double-click the external bucket path in S3 Browser.
- Double-click the PS_SHARE folder. Drag and drop the file(s) you need to transfer to Lattice Professional Services to the INBOX folder within the external bucket.
- Note: The following file types are accepted: .csv, .gpg, .gz, .pdf, .txt, .xlsx and .zip. The following character sets are generally safe for use in file names:
