Using Lattice Predictive Campaigns App in your Campaign (Deprecated)

Please note that this version of the Rev.Up ABX Eloqua Connector is being deprecated for a new connector. If you are onboarded after 2/1/2022, you will not have access to this connector. Customers currently using this connector can expect support until 6/30/2022.

Now you will configure the Lattice Predictive Campaigns app with-in your campaign. With this app, you can now sync contacts and accounts in your CDP Campaigns to Eloqua.

Prerequisite

You’ll need the credentials of the Eloqua API user created in Step 1 which will require Eloqua Administrator permissions. If your Eloqua administrator will perform these steps for you, just send them a link to Eloqua Settings / API Key page.

API details can be used to access and modify data in your Eloqua instance. Make sure to keep them secure, just like you would with your Eloqua username and password.

Double-click on the Lattice Predictive Campaigns should provide the option to configure the app

PER-CAMPAIGN SETUP

For each campaign you can setup

1) Name & Frequency of sync

You can set a name for each setup. When you have multiple campaigns in Eloqua, having a unique and identifiable name helps track down the status of sync from the CDP to Eloqua

The CDP offers the following choices (Daily, Weekly, Bi-Weekly Monthly) for controlling the sync frequency.

Note: The frequency is how often the lattice predictive campaigns app reaches out to the CDP to get data from Campaigns in the CDP. Campaigns need to launch the campaigns for data to become available to the Lattice predictive campaigns app in Eloqua.

Always-on campaigns is the capability where the CDP will monitor data and will automatically push campaign updates. The CDP does not currently support always-on Campaigns. Users are required to explicitly launch campaigns in the CDP for data to become available for Lattice predictive campaigns app in Eloqua.

2. Associate the Campaign with Eloqua Campaign

Select the Lattice Eloqua here.

Note: If your campaign is not showing up in this list, make sure that the campaign is launched.

3. Over-ride mappings per campaign

This is an optional step. Campaign Manager have a change to over-ride any mappings that have already been setup during the original configuration.

Finally, click on Save to save these configurations. Once completed, close the configuration window to go back to managing the campaign.
