Lattice Buyer Insights application enables you to programmatically activate audiences in your CRM system and run hyper-targeted sales outreach campaigns. It delivers prescriptive recommendations for your target accounts to your sales team and enables them to have highly contextual conversations based on the AI-driven insights identified by Lattice platform.
The application is a Salesforce.com certified managed package with a set of custom objects and VisualForce pages, and a workflow engine to manage the custom object life-cycle. Lattice Buyer Insights is also Lightning compatible, which means the application can be used in the latest Salesforce web and mobile platforms.

Best Practices
We recommend testing and validating the application in your sandbox environment before installing it in production.
To help facilitate the Sandbox testing, the application has built-in test data. At the time of configuration, you can choose to add test data. You can always remove it later once the testing is complete. Both adding and removing the testing data is as simple as point-and-click in the Lattice Admin tab.
