Launch History enables you to view the number of recommendations launched for each campaign over time.
To view launch history, click on the "Launch History" tab on the Campaigns page.
The Launch History page shows aggregated counts across all campaign launches over last two years. Information for campaigns that have been deleted does not display on the Launch History page.
The table below shows the information that you will see for each campaign launch.

The date and time the campaign was launched |

The name of the campaign |
System Name |
The name of the system the campaign was launched to, such as Salesforce or Eloqua |
Selected |
The number of selected targets after removing the suppressed targets using suppression rules. There are two target selection rules:

Suppressed |
The number of suppressed targets based on the target suppression rules. |
Errors |
The number of targets removed because of any system errors. |
Launched |
The number of launched targets. This number should match the number shown in the Lattice application in your other system. |
Contacts |
The total number of contacts associated with the target accounts. Only the contacts included in the target segment will be added into the campaign. |
Status |
Launch status can be launching, launched or failed. |
You will receive an automated email notification if your campaign launch fails.
Our July release features a new enhancement that allows campaign managers to archive campaigns. Campaigns that have run their course can be archived after they are completed. They will remain accessible in the tenant and can act as a point-of-reference for campaign managers when building out new campaigns.
The ability to archive campaigns is a feature that is available for early beta testing now. For more infomation, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
