Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ALPHA)

Clients can now reduce reliance on additional transfers between Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Rev.Up ABX while enriching their pre-built marketing journeys with D&B data.

Buyer Journey (BETA)

Buyer journey analytics is now available in BETA fashion. Following functionalities are supported:

• Creating customizable buyer journey maps
• Segment dashboard page with buyer journey graph and TAM analytics cards 
• Creating campaigns and launching those campaigns to a channel
• Viewing Aggregate Opportunity Amount metric
• Creating custom sub-segments
• Viewing account and contacts lists of buyer journey stages

Web Insights Updates (BETA)

• Clients can now create segments more efficiently, directly from Web Reporting in Query Builder. Query Builder will pre-populate off the tile the segment is being created from, simplifying query builds and allowing users to modify as needed.

  • If you're interested in testing them please reach out to your account team to enable the necessary feature flag.

• New Page Group view on Company Analysis page to show Page Group visits in aggregate by Company.
• New Industry chart design on Overview page
• Filter scrolling and selection fixes
• Addition of Job Function filter to detail pages

  • Fix ID Selector bug for identifiers with special characters

  • Support return of JS Promises in viffResponse

  • Implement support for formless Formfill-Client
