Campaign Calendar Overview

RevUp now has a calendar view for campaigns that are scheduled to launch and end to supplement the campaign table view.

To access the Calendar view, you can navigate to the “Campaigns” page and “campaigns sub navigation tab where you will have the option to toggle from the table view to the calendar view as shown below. By default, the month view will be displayed.

In the month view you can move forwards or backwards by the month using the toggle forward or backwards buttons under the calendar view toggle. TO get back to the current month just click the “Today” button in the middle.

In the month view, highlighted days either have campaigns scheduled to launch and/or campaigns scheduled to end, along with the campaign channels associated with those campaigns.

To view more details on the campaigns scheduled to start or end on that day, click on that day to view more information. Once clicked on, a right side nav will pop out with more details as shown below.

Campaigns scheduled to launch will appear as the default view. By clicking on the “View” hyperlink will take you to the campaign overview page for that campaign.

To view the campaigns scheduled to end you can toggle over to “Scheduled to End” in that same view. Again, clicking the “View” hyperlink will take you to the campaign overview page.

Along with the Default month view, you can view campaigns by week and Day with the same functionality as the month view. Week and Day view will show when the campaign is scheduled to start or end in a one hour block but can depend on the number of campaigns being launched.
