Enhancements for Marketers
Pardot Activation Connector
Marketers can now send contacts directly from D&B Lattice to Pardot MAP for usage in their email marketing campaigns. Like our other MAP connectors, users can limit the number of contacts per account that are sent and control the frequency of the launch to ensure accurate targeting.

Audience Expansion for Digital Advertising Campaigns
Effective digital advertising campaigns reach the right people at the right companies, but when decision makers and budgets are spread across multiple corporate entities, it can be a struggle to serve enough ad impressions to have a meaningful impact. Marketers can now expand the aperture of their digital ad campaigns and include additional companies that have the same domain as the accounts in the target segment. This makes it easy to further penetrate your target accounts at different locations without having to refine your targeting and segmentation criteria in the query.

Map any Field from the CDP to Marketo or Outreach
Users can now map any field that’s appended to an account, contact or lead in D&B Lattice and have it sent downstream to Marketo and Outreach. Unique attributes such as buying intent, website visits, and propensity ratings can now be surfaced natively in Marketo and Outreach to assist email marketing and SDR prospecting.
This feature has been enabled for all users that are currently using Marketo and Outreach connectors!
Assign SDR Prospect Owners in Outreach
Some organizations leverage separate SDR teams for specific tasks such as cold-calling new logos or upselling and retaining existing customers. In these scenarios, there could be multiple owners assigned to the same account, but only one team member should be assigned a task in Outreach. Marketers can now specify the Prospect Owner before sending a list of contacts to Outreach to reduce confusion amongst SDR teams.

Enhancements for Sellers
Email Notifications for D&B Buyer Intent
SDRs can now receive weekly emails that notify when their assigned accounts display changes related to buying intent and should be prioritized. Emails are triggered automatically and only display the accounts that are assigned to the specific SDR. These emails contain the company name, location, account fit ratings to the applicable model(s) in D&B Lattice, and contact engagement data (e.g. form fills, email opens, email clicks).

Recommended Sales Motions for SDRs in Outreach
SDRs can now view the recommended sales motions for their prospects natively in Outreach. This allows SDRs to see the specific action they should be taking for their prospects. The sales motion is determined by the marketer when launching a list to Outreach.

Minor Enhancements
- Website visitor data, marketing activity data, and opportunity data can now be refreshed daily in D&B Lattice through the integrated import connectors
- Users will now receive an email if a Process and Analysis job fails. The email will include the reason the job failed and a recommended action to resolve the failure.
- The duration of completed Process and Analysis jobs are now shown in the Jobs screen
- Filters can be toggled on and off in the query builder to quickly see how they impact the overall counts of a segment
- The “My Website Visits” tile now contains new filters that display the UTM source of your website visitors
- Technology Install Data is now shown in Salesforce on recommended accounts for field sellers
