Launching campaigns to Pardot
If you already have a campaign created from a segment, you can now activate that campaign to Pardot. Let's say our sales team has asked us to support their cross sell of Gizmos to high-fit customers with a nurture campaign.
1. Navigate to campaigns tab, and select and click on the campaign you want to send to Pardot.
2. Select the Pardot Launch option:
3. Configure launch settings:
Filter Settings:
- Limit the total number of contacts: Use this to limit the total number of contacts to be sent to the Pardot Campaign
- Limit the number of contacts per account to only: Use this setting to limit the total number of contacts from each account to a certain number. This can be used to control how many contacts within the account are sent an email.
- Include unscored contacts: Use this setting to include contacts that are part of an account that does not have a model propensity score.
Destination:
- Select an existing Pardot List - or search and validate the name. You must map the launch to an existing list.
- Select and existing Pardot Campaign. You must map the launch to an existing campaign.
- Note: any contacts that do not match to a prospect ID and are not in the Pardot global will be created by this process. Your segment should filter for “Prospect ID is Present” if you do not want new contacts created.
Create a Schedule for Sending these to Pardot:
- Selecting: Once launches the campaign once.
- You can also select daily/weekly/monthly to automate campaign delivery. With this option, Rev.Up automatically pushes the latest audience segment members to the channel.
Keep Target System in Sync:
- If you select "keep target system in sync", Rev.Up will only send updates to the segment. This could remove records, or add records each launch, depending on how the segment in Lattice has changed from the previous launch.
