Enhancements for Marketers
Consistent, omnichannel campaigns are foundational to reaching target audiences with relevant messaging at the right time in the buying journey. This release brings a handful of enhancements for marketers to improve their tactics across multiple channels.
Contact Enrichment for LinkedIn, Google, and Facebook
Although D&B Lattice provides a single source of truth for your account and contact data, there may missing attributes on contact records that prevent them from being matched into activation end points. Users will soon be able to benefit from contact enrichment, which will automatically match and append additional attributes to your contacts in D&B Lattice. Contact enrichment has been shown to boost match rates in LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Facebook by up to 40%!
Segment by Opt-Out Status for Marketo
Marketo users can now leverage the opt-out status of Contacts when building target lists to ensure their email campaigns are not including individuals who have opted out of email marketing communications. D&B Lattice also displays the data source of Contacts records, making it clear to see where a Contact was originally imported from.
Demand Side Platform Activation Connectors
Activation connectors to four new Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) have been released and are now generally available. If you’re using one of the following DSPs for programmatic advertising, let us know and check out the guides below to get up and running!

Enhancements for Sales Teams
Sales teams need to know how and where their target accounts and contacts are engaging, so they can tailor their prospecting and improve conversion rates. This release allows sellers to receive tasks for their prospects directly in Outreach and unlocks detailed engagement data through the Account 360 Dashboard.
Insights and Tasks in Outreach
Users that have Outreach can now map their accounts in D&B Lattice to their respective sellers. Once this mapping is in place, tasks can be surfaced in Outreach to alert sellers to reach out to specific prospects depending on how they have engaged with campaign emails, web forms, and more.
