We are pleased to announce that we have updated our technology install data in D&B Lattice and have onboarded a new, industry-leading provider. All D&B Lattice customers have access to the technology install data from the new vendor and we are now including 50 attributes in all D&B Lattice tenets.
The decision to switch data providers was made in the best interest of our customers. We’re expecting significant improvements across D-U-N-S® coverage, quality, and the number of technologies we’re able to track within our products.

2. Data Quality
- On average you will see 40% more of a company’s true install base. Our new provider is more accurate at identifying the right technologies at a target company (e.g. if a company is using 100 different technologies, our old vendor would identify 30 technologies in use, while our new vendor will be able to identify 42 different technologies, a +40% lift)
- We expect you to see a 5-percentage point increase in data accuracy across medium and large businesses
3. Number of Technologies
Our new tech install vendor tracks a broader range of product categories and subcategories. This will allow you to better segment the accounts you're looking for with:
- Double the amount of technology categories
- 7x more technology subcategories
