Our December release is now live, with features that include Identity Resolution for all users, our first DSP connector for beta testers, and more!
Identity Resolution for Matching, Merging, and Linking
D&B Lattice users can now create a single source of truth amongst their disparate data sources for their accounts and contacts with Identity Resolution, a capability that automatically matches, merges, and links all incoming 1st and 3rd party data from sources such as Intent models, marketing automation, CRM, and ERP.
Identity Resolution gives users the ability to easily segment their accounts or contacts based on appended data, such as when they were identified as a visitor on a web page, when they showed offsite intent, and when they engaged with an email campaign. Pairing engagement data alongside firmographics and technographics lets marketers create target audiences that are relevant for timely campaign activation.
Once provisioned, Identity Resolution is always-on and works to consolidate all incoming fragmented data in the background, saving users time from manually pre-processing the inputs on the front end. Identity Resolution is now available for all customers and is generally available. Please contact your Customer Success Manager for more information or refer to the documentation for more details.
DSP Connector for Programmatic Ads
To achieve true, consistent omnichannel activation, marketers need to leverage the same audiences across all of their channels. We are pleased to announce that our first DSP activation connector to MediaMath is now available for testing in closed beta. This enables users to launch display advertising campaigns directly to their existing MediaMath Terminal One login and leverage those same accounts across all of their other activation channels.
The MediaMath activation connector is available to beta test for existing D&B Lattice and MediaMath users now! For more information, please contact your Customer Success Manager and review the documentation.
Batch Deletions of Data
Users will soon be able to run batch deletion jobs to remove data from D&B Lattice. Jobs can be run to delete batches of Accounts, Contacts, and appended data such as web visits, opportunity data, and transaction data. There are two types of deletion jobs that users can run:
- Hard Deletions – can be run only on Accounts and permanently deletes the Accounts and all appended data associated
- Soft Deletions – can be run on Accounts or Contacts, but only deletes the account object from D&B Lattice, all other appended data to the Accounts or Contacts are maintained
Batch deletions of data will be available later in the month for all users in D&B Lattice. For more information on data deletions, please refer to the support portal.
Designating Contacts per Account for Email Activation
Email marketing automation is a standard campaign tactic for most marketers, but sending emails to a large number of Contacts at a single Account could lead to being flagged as spam or not even making it to the inbox. This feature allows D&B Lattice users to designate the number of Contacts per Account that are included in their email activation launches to ensure their email deliverability.
This feature is available for all D&B Lattice users now. For more information, please refer to the documentation post.
Improvements to Account 360 Dashboard
The Account 360 Dashboard has been available for early beta testing since our last release and we are continuing to improve this capability before it is made generally available to all users. When an account displays 1st or 3rd party intent or engages with a marketing tactic, an alert is now shown in the Insight Dashboard. Beta testers can also benefit from a redesigned interface with a cleaner journey timeline and details in the hover-over stages.
The Account 360 Dashboard is still available for beta testers. Check out the documentation for a refresher or let us know if you’re interested in joining the beta to take advantage of the capabilities before everyone else!
Timestamps for Data Exports
Users can now include a timestamp on their data exports out of D&B Lattice. This is helpful when exports are pulled repeatedly and users need to run further offline analysis over time. Timestamps can be included on exports on S3 launches as well as full tenet exports by selecting the checkbox in the respective window.
Timestamps for Data Exports are now available for all users and are generally available.
