D&B Ads Manager - Brand safety targeting
D&B Ads manager now supports brand safety targeting for your programmatic ads. Marketers can upload list of publishers web URLS, which they want to either block or allow for their programmatic ads to show. There are two ways marketers can make use of this new feature:
- If you have a list of publishers that you specifically want to exclude to ensure your ads do not show in places that are not compliant with your brand messaging, you can add such publisher list as a Block list for your ad campaign. Note: Even if you are not applying a block list explicitly, Ads manager by default applies a block list to ensure brand safety.
- If you have a list of publishers where you specifically want your ads to be placed i.e. list of publishers where you have seen most engagement in the past, you can add such publisher list as an Allow list for your ad campaign. Note: Please note that applying an allow list can limit the performance.
Exclude Companies from Web Traffic Reporting
Rev.Up users now have the ability to remove an account from the web insights dashboard.
To remove an account from the report, click on the Setting -> Target Companies -> View target companies and then search for the company by typing the company name, results will show up and then pick company to exclude.
- click on the "Exclude from web report" link
- an alert screen will pop-up
- clicks on the "Yes" button on the alert screen
- account will be added to the View excluded Companies
You can also remove the account from the excluded companies list in this same page.
Note: Reports get updated behind the screen. The update time may vary depending upon the number of records in the web-dashboard.
